Commissions
Paintings
A deposit of 50% up front is required. This deposit is non-refundable.
I will send updates throughout the process of painting. A maximum of 2 modifications can be made at no extra charge. If you would like modifications made after this, there will be a fee of $30 per hour worked on additional edits. Runic paintings, energy paintings, and guidance paintings cannot be modified.
Returns and Refunds
Paintings
Paintings may be returned for a full refund (minus any commission deposits) if contact is made within 5 days of receiving the package. Customer must cover return shipping costs. Refunds are reliant on the painting being returned within 30 days of the customer receiving the package. A 50% refund will be given if the painting is damaged upon return.
Runic paintings, energy paintings, and guidance paintings are not returnable and not refundable.
Runes
Runes are not returnable and not refundable.
Readings
Readings are non refundable.
Poetry
Poems are not returnable and not refundable.
Items Damaged in Transit
